Terms and Conditions (General)
  1. Golden Eagle Lottery is an online platform for buyers and seller of Thai Government Lottery. It is owned and managed by SKGF TRADING (2002) Co. Ltd.
  2. Downloading the application and using it means that you fully agree on terms and condition states here after.
  3. Golden Eagle Lottery and its mother company SKGF are not in any ways seller of Lottery ticket, quota holder, or trader of lottery ticket.
  4. All tickets available on Golden Eagle lottery are owned by individual Lottery ticket seller. With or without quota from the GLO.
Terms and Conditions for SELLER
  1. If you have registered on Golden Eagle application as seller you accept the following terms
  2. In case you sell a winning ticket, you are obliged to pay to the winner the prize. You agree to pay to the buyer direct by bank transfer the winning amount, and you are allowed to deduct 2% of the total amount. The 2% deduction must cover the withholding tax and commission. You are exempt of any deduction if you agree with the buyer to give the ticket directly in hands.
  3. Fees to use the platform: For every ticket sold on Golden eagle platform, Golden Eagle will charge a fee of 8 baht per ticket sold. Golden eagle will send the statement of the fees due to the seller very 15 days. If the seller fails to pay the fees , he will be blocked from the use of the app.
  4. It is only the seller responsibility to keep the ticket sold on line in a safe place.
  5. The ticket sold and paid online on Golden Eagle Lottery app are virtually owned by the buyer but the seller is responsible for the custody of these tickets.
  6. In case the seller loses a winning ticket it is personally responsible to pay the winner.
  7. In no case Golden Eagle is responsible for a lost or stolen ticket.
  8. When the seller scan out the ticket during the negotiation process with the buyer, he confirms that he is still holding that ticket.
  9. During the negotiation process, if the seller receives the payment within the due time from the buyer, the ticket is considered sold and owned by the buyer.

  11. The seller accepts in this terms and condition that if unable to pay a winning ticket, this constitute a number of serious criminal offences such as theft, online fraud, and all other crimes applicable in these cases.
  12. All communication between seller, buyer and Golden Eagle customer service must happen on the Chat of the Golden Eagle app. Exchange of information such as payment negotiation, bank account numbers, and others OUTSIDE the chat of Golden Eagle app cannot be used as proof or testimony in case of dispute.
  13. The seller is aware that the chat channel is monitored by the Golden Eagle management. If the chat is used for criminal purposes, Golden Eagle will report to competent authorities any illegal usage.
  14. The seller understand and accept that in case the winner of a ticket sold is unable to contact him or the management of Golden Eagle is unable to locate him, the management of Golden Eagle will use Social Media platform to locate him. Any action on social media to locate a delinquent seller cannot be considered defamation.
  15. Privacy: all datas collected during registration process are securely stored in Golden Eagle app server and are not disclosed to any third party. However, in case of delinquent behaviour the datas will be used to track the seller. In case of request of Thai government authorities, Golden Eagle will hand over any personal data of the seller.
  16. Golden Eagle has the right to suspend or block any seller from the usage of the App, if these terms and condition are not respected or for any other seller’s behavior that Golden Eagle consider damaging to his own reputation.
Terms and Conditions for BUYER
  1. If you have registered on Golden Eagle application as BUYER you accept the following terms.
  2. In case you hold a winning ticket purchased online on Golden Eagle app you are entitled to receive the prize directly paid to your bank account, minus a deduction of 2%.
  3. The prize will be paid by the seller who sold you the ticket.
  4. The deduction of 2% includes all expenses and commission and taxes.
  5. You agree that when you use Golden eagle App you are buying lottery ticket from registered independent seller and you pay directly to them.
  6. In case the seller does not pay you a winning ticket , Golden Eagle App will do everything possible to locate the seller and report the fact to the police.
  7. In anycase Golden Eagle and its management are not liable for a winning ticket not paid.
  8. Golden Eagle has full record of every seller operating on the platform and conduct regular due diligence and background checks on the sellers.
  9.
