Privacy Notice for Seller

SKGF TRADING (2002) Co. Ltd. Is the operator of the Goldeneagle Lottery app

SKGF TRADING (2002) Co., Ltd (Company Registration Number 0835545004711) located at 63/87  Moo 5, T. Kamala, A. Kathu  83150 Phuket  Thailand is the collector of personal data of sellers and has appointed a Data Protection Officer  (​privacy@skgf.asia).

The term “us” or “we” refers to SKGF TRADING (2002) Co., Ltd, private limited company incorporated and registered under the laws of Thailand with registration code number 0835545004711.

  1. Personal data we process

 

Name, e-mail, phone number, place of residence, LINE ID

Geolocation of sellers.

Seller ‘s Identification card, photo,  and other  identity documents.

Communication and correspondence records: such as when the seller engages with our in-app chat (“Send a Message” option), or speak with our customer service agents, the date and time of the communication, and its content.

Information required under applicable law for taxation purposes: such as your taxpayer identification number, VAT ID, place of birth, financial account identifier.

  1. Purposes of the processing

We collect and process personal data for the purpose of making sure that  winning tickets sold by seller are paid out to buyers.

Geolocation is processed to analyse the geographical area where the buyers are working and give infiormation to us for improving marketing analysis. ​If you do not want to disclose your geolocation to us, you must close the Goldeneagle app

Identity documents  are processed to determine the compliance with the legal requirements and the suitability to be able to use the Goldeneagle services as a seller.

Personal data related to instant messages directly in the Goldeneagle app is processed in order to provide service and customer support (including resolving disputes between seller and buyer), for security purposes as well as to improve our products and services, and for analysis.

We collect and use information about a seller’s engagement and interaction on the marketplace, and their ratings  to encourage Goldeneagle ecosystem safety,

  1. Legal basis

Personal data is processed for the performance of the contract concluded with the seller. The prerequisite for the use of the Goldeneagle services is the processing of seller’s identification and geolocation data.

Personal data may be processed on the ground of legitimate interest, including for the purpose of investigating and detecting fraudulent transactions.

Data regarding the ​criminal convictions and offences is processed for compliance with a legal obligation.

  1. Recipients

Your name and photo is disclosed to buyers, when you  are online on the Goldeneagle app.

Processing of personal data by will occur under the same conditions as established in this privacy notice.

We may disclose information under a court order or where we cooperate with a data protection supervisory authority in handling complaints or investigations. We may also share your personal data with law enforcement or other public authorities (such as tax authorities), including responding to requests when the information is required by law or furthers a public interest task. In any scenario, we’ll always satisfy ourselves that we have a lawful basis on which to share the information, and we’ll make sure that we document our decision.

  1. Security and access

Any personal data collected in the course of providing services is transferred to and stored in the data centres of  SKGF TRADING(2002) Co., Ltd and/or Amazon Web Services, Inc., which may be  located in Thailand or any other territories where AWS operates. Only authorised employees of SKGF TRADING(2002) Co. Ltd and partners ​have access to the personal data and they may access the data only for the purpose of resolving issues associated with the use of the services (including disputes regarding paymemnt of winning tickets from seller to buyer).

  1. Processing buyers personal data

SKGF TRADING (2002) Co. Ltd does not process or collect the personal data of  Buyers

The only data collected about user registered on Goldeneagle Lottery as BUYERS are the Nickname (mandatory) and phone number (mandatory) of buyer.  These datas are necessary and sufficient to create a buyer  account on the Goldeneagle Lottery app.

  1. Access, correction, retention, deletion and data portability

Personal data of SELLER can be viewed and corrected on requestby contacting privacy@skgf.asia.

Your personal data will be stored as long as you have an active Seller account. If your account will be closed the personal data will be stored for additional 3 year period.

Data necessary for accounting purposes shall be stored for 7 years.

In the event that there are suspicions of a criminal offence, fraud or false information having been provided, the data will be stored as long as necessary according to the internal, legal, and regulatory requirements.

In the event of disputes, the data shall be retained until the claim is satisfied or the expiry date of such claims.

We respond to the request for deleting and transferring personal data submitted by an e-mail within a month and specify the period of data deletion and transfer.

The retention period for the data about instant messages directly in the Bolt app messages is 90 days,

Disputes relating to the processing of personal data of BUYER are resolved through customer support (​custsupport@skgf.asia) ​

Changes in Privacy Policy

We may revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice in order to act relating to changes in current circumstances, suggestions, and law. This shall be deemed that any user who continues to access our platform hereby agree implicitly to abide by such change. Therefore, we suggest you read our latest terms and conditions every time you visit our website platform or any services available on our authorized applications.
